1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "You") and Dazzle Drop ("We," "Us," "Our"), a business registered in India at E-655B, 2nd Floor, Street No. 9, Shanti Marg, West Vinod Nagar, East Delhi - 110092, concerning your use of our website and services12.

By accessing our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Dazzle Drop offers the following services:

  • Professional makeup services for various occasions

  • Nail art and nail care services

  • Digital products including tutorials and online classes

  • Physical products including makeup kits, brushes, and merchandise

  • Educational workshops and training sessions

3. BOOKING AND APPOINTMENTS

Service Appointments:

  • All makeup and nail art appointments must be booked through our website, phone, or email

  • Service bookings be cancelled or rescheduled as per our cancellation policy

  • Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled34

Product Orders:

  • Physical products (kits, brushes, merchandise) require advance payment

  • Digital products (tutorials, classes) require advance payment

  • All orders are processed upon payment confirmation

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Digital products and physical products require full payment at time of purchase

  • Service appointments (makeup, nail art) are payable after service completion

  • We accept online payments through secure payment gateways

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes5

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Service Appointments:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations may incur fees as specified in our service agreement

  • No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the service fee64

Product Orders:

  • Digital products cannot be cancelled once access is provided

  • Physical products may be cancelled before shipment

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including tutorials, designs, and educational materials, are the intellectual property of Dazzle Drop. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited27.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dazzle Drop's liability is limited to the amount paid for services or products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages28.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts12.
