Return Eligibility:

• Physical products (kits, brushes, merchandise) may be returned within 5-7 days of delivery

• Products must be in original condition and packaging

• Returns are subject to inspection and approval

No Refund Policy:

• No refunds for service charges related to digital products

Service Refunds:

• Makeup and nail art services are generally non-refundable once completed
