Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy - **Appointment Scheduling:** - Book appointments via our website, phone, or in person at our studio. - Advance booking of 1–2 weeks is recommended, especially for peak festive and wedding seasons. - Select services may require a non-refundable advance deposit at the time of booking; the balance is payable after service completion. - For group, bridal, or long-duration appointments, a higher deposit may be required. - Full payment is required upfront for all digital and physical product purchases. - **Confirmation and Reminders:** - You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment is scheduled. - Appointment reminders are sent 24–48 hours before your scheduled service. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy - **Notice Period:** - To cancel or reschedule without penalty, provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the booked service. - Same-day appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. - **No-Shows & Late Arrivals:** - No-shows incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or shortened and may be treated as a no-show. - Repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. - **Deposits:** - Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if you reschedule with sufficient notice (24 hours or more). - For cancellations with adequate notice, any prepaid amounts (excluding non-refundable deposits) will be refunded. 3. Waitlist Policy - **Joining the Waitlist:** - If your preferred slot is unavailable, you may request placement on our waitlist. - In the event of cancellations or rescheduling, waitlisted clients are contacted in the order of registration. - Please respond promptly to a waitlist offer, as slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Modifying or Cancelling Appointments - Contact us via phone, email, or the online portal to cancel or reschedule. - You will receive confirmation of any changes to your booking. 5.
